WHAT IS MACRO NUTRITION COACHING?
Macro coaching is an approach to nutrition coaching that focuses on the macronutrients (protein, carbohydrate, and fat) in your diet. The goal of macro coaching is to help you make healthy and sustainable changes to your eating habits, in order to improve their overall health, reach specific goals such as fat loss or muscle gain, or simply feel better in their own bodies. When you work with us, you will be provided with a personalized nutrition plan based on your unique needs, goals, and preferences. The plan will include recommendations for the amount of each macronutrient (such as carbohydrates, protein, and fat) that you should consume each day to ensure progress. You will track your meals in an app that allows you to have the flexibility to choose the specific foods that you eat while following your plan. Your coach will monitor your progress and adjust your macronutrient intake as needed. In addition to providing guidance on nutrition, your coach will also offer education and support on topics like meal planning, grocery shopping, and cooking healthy meals to help you achieve your goals. Our goal is to empower you to make informed, healthy choices that fit your lifestyle and ensure you achieve your desired results in as little time as possible.
